Senior Executive Leadership Team (SELT)
The Senior Executive Leadership Team of Primitas consists of:
A full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who also serves as the Chief Accounting Officer
A full-time Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO)
A full-time Chief Education Officer (CEdO)
A part-time Deputy CEO, who also holds a Headteacher role
Central Support Team
The Central Support Team consists of: A Finance Manager, an Estates Manager, an IT Network Manager, an IT Technical Lead, two IT Technicians, two HR & Compliance Managers, An Accounts Apprentice and a Business & Finance Assistant, Trust Safeguarding and SEND Professionals and Behaviour Specialist.
Executive School Improvement Leads
In addition to the SELT, the Trust benefits from a team of Executive School Improvement Leads, all of whom are substantive headteachers of our academies. They contribute to the planning, shaping and reviewing of the our school improvement strategy to ensure that it is appropriate and directly relevant to the needs to of our schools. They also provide valuable insights into the impact of the central business/finance support that is provided to their schools.
The Senior Executive Leadership Team works closely with the Central Support Team and Executive School Improvement leads in order to support our schools as effectively as possible, with a particularly sharp focus on ensuring that:
Existing central processes are regularly reviewed and communicated clearly.
New initiatives are carefully planned, coordinated, communicated and implemented in a clear and coherent manner.
The Primitas Central Offer does not inadvertently add to the burden of headteachers instead of tangibly reducing it.
